Who we are
NexHolo is operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When these terms say “we” or “us”, that is who we mean. When they say “you”, they mean the person or business placing an order.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- If stock runs out after you pay, we refund the missing items and tell you by email.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy, and returns and warranty claims by our Returns & warranty policy. Both form part of these terms.
Using the products
Hologram fans have exposed rotating blades. Install them above head height or behind an enclosure in any space open to the public, and follow the mounting guide in the box. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by installation that ignores the guide.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you display on a unit or send us for conversion.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of your province. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Accounts and privacy
You can shop as a guest or create an account to see your order history. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
