Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in CA only. Checkout will not accept a shipping address anywhere else. If you need a unit delivered elsewhere, email the install team and we will quote the shipment separately.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes for units over 65 cm because the carrier needs a signature and a doorstep.
Rates and delivery times
- Orders of $500 or more (before tax): free shipping, 3–7 business days.
- Orders under $500: $25 flat rate, 3–7 business days.
- Remote and northern addresses may take up to 5 additional business days.
Delivery windows count from the day the order leaves the warehouse, not the day you place it. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
Processing
In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment. Custom content orders ship once your hologram file is approved, usually within 48 hours of receiving your artwork.
You receive an email with the carrier and tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also check the status at any time on the Order Tracking page using your order number and email.
Taxes
GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province and shown before you pay. Prices in the store are listed in Canadian dollars before tax.
Damaged or missing deliveries
Every unit is packed in a foam-lined carton. If the box arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours of delivery; we replace damaged units at no cost.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not there, contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.
